Valentine's Day, February 14th, is a fun time for each young and outdated! It is a time to believe of these we love and celebrate friendship and kindness. It was 1 of my favorite winter holidays when the kids were younger as I beloved all of the hoopla of the parties in school, Scouts and Sunday School. It had been a break from the winter doldrums! I loved going to the shop to let them each pick out their personal Valentines. Back then "computer printables" were not within the vocabulary, if you can believe it! We purchased the old fashioned boxed cards that you tore apart on the perforated lines.
